Specify a time/quantity/material.
Comments: the customer or user must provide the digital files and printed with all the information end of the content you want to include (for every job, without exception). See requirements for the delivery of works at the end of this form.
In the case of video shooting or photography, specify the date on which deals with the service, location and time. For the rest services, specify the delivery date.

EDITORIAL GUIDELINES UCR TO CONSIDER FOR THE PREPARATION OF JOBS IN THE CEDAA

For jobs that require the preparation of design on the part of the CEDAA, should consider the following:

  • Deliver text, images, when required, on compact disc, wrench, maya or mail them to CEDAA.INII@ucr.ac.cr.
  • You must provide a folder with the following files:
    1. Text document with the content of the publication.
    2. Text document with the feet of the images or figures. The descriptions should be numbered and with indication of location within the document text.
    3. Images format .jpg or .tif with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, half letter size. (Not pasted in a Word document). In addition, when applicable, you should include the appropriate authorization by the author, to reproduce them.
  • When the design or the work include paintings, photographs, pictures or other elements that are not the intellectual property of the author, you will need to bring documents that authorized by the owners of the copyright, reproduction.
  • Also, when these cases are images of identifiable individuals, must be counted with the permission of such persons. In addition, the Law for the Protection of Childhood and Adolescence draws restrictions on the use of images of minors, therefore, it will be necessary to have the authorization of the parents or legal guardians.
  • When you have a basic idea of the design, please indicate this in writing.
